How can you convert the units of Survey Data?

Answer:

For survey data, units are set in Tools > Survey Options.  This is also the location where previously imported survey data can be converted.

For surface (DTM) data, use the command Surface > Edit Surface > Transform Surface.  In this command, you save the converted surface data in new surface.
