Question:

I have imported an image file (.jpg file) into my drawing and I need to delete or detach the image file but cannot. This is not a raster file that I can simply detach, how can I get rid of this file?

Solution:

To remove the JPEG image from your design file, you can use MicroStation’s Element Selection tool and select the image by placing a block around the image (adding it to a selection set) and then delete.
