How do you modify vertical geometry in InRoads SS3?

Answer:

Editing a vertical alignment in SS3 is a simple and intuitive process. In the profile view, if you select the vertical alignment, you will get manipulators. Clicking on the various manipulators will allow you to edit the alignment.
