For ease of drawing creation users require the MX style sets to apply the Colour and Linestyle for Features Level.

In some style sets you will find that By Level Colour and By Level Linestyle are not enabled and just the MX Colour and MX Linestyle have been set. This means that the when the elements are drawn in MX using the style set the colour and linestyle are only applied to the element and not the Level for the element.

Steps to Accomplish

The features in the style sets need to be updated to use By Level Colour and By Level Colour Linestyle. The example below shows the impact the change has for the Fence (Open) feature.

When the model is drawn in MX and the Level Manager checked it shows the Fence (Open) feature level as having a Colour and Linestyle.
