Set Point Elevation from TIN Surface resets Point Description

Problem Description

If you have points with descriptions on them in COGO and then you use the Set Point Elevation from TIN Surface tool the point descriptions will be erased.

Steps to Resolve

There is no work around that I know of at the moment and a defect has been filed for this.

This occurs in GEOPAK 08.11.09.674 and older
