GEOPAK Licensing Issues

Problem Description

If the GEOPAK license shows a demo mode but the Microstation license is ok, and you do have a valid GEOPAK license

available to use.

Steps to Resolve

  1. do a search in your c drive for a file called license.db (location usually C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Licensing\license.db)
  2. make sure you are out of Microstation
  3. delete or rename the license.db file
  4. go back in Microstation
  5. License management tool and resend the logs
