When unable to " Create Page Layout, Edit Page Setup File and Publish Drawings"

Check the following :

1. Open the project with the Microstation setting as shown below.

2. Check if the Default MX Design Model match in the MX configuration panel as shown below.

3. Check the seed files match below when they open the project.

4. Create a new plan display and confirm that the CAD model in the file match below.

5. Draw the design model and create a long-section or cross-section and check if you can Create Page Layouts, Edit Page Setup File and Publish Drawings for them.
