    MX Status Monitor

     In order to start the MX Status Monitor, the MXDefaults.cfg file needs to be edited.

    The MXDefaults.cfg is saved in the following folders::

    Windows XP:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bentley\MX\MXDefaults.cfg

    Windows 7:

    C:\ProgramData\Bentley\MX\MXDefaults.cfg

    Add following lines to the file and save the file:

    [RecoveryWizard]
    Enabled=yes

     The MX Status Monitor helps to close / restart MX  when the application hangs, close MX options/dialog box that are running.
