    To set the 'MX view rotate2D' as a function key on key board, following are the steps:

    1. In the CAD menu go to "Workspace > Function Keys"

    2. Select Key : F3

    3. In the "Action" field type : mx view rotate2d

    This should assign the F3 key to rotate the MX view.

    The same option can be found in the "MX Controls" panel.
