Question:

How do I convert an ALG file to GPK?

Answer:

You will need to import the ALG file into OpenRoads Geometry and then Export the OpenRoads Geometry to Native.

Select the Import Geometry tool from the General Geometry task menu

Then switch the file type to *alg, select the ALG file and click Open.

Select the geometry to import and click the Import button.

Now that the geometry has been imported to OpenRoads then we can export to native so select the Export to Native Icon from the General Geometry task menu.

You will be prompted to select the graphics of the geometry you wish to export and then reset when complete. You will then be prompted to select the GPK file to export to.

Select the GPK file and Click the OK button and the geometry has been exported.
