Browse Button Greyed Out in Create Profile>ASCII

Question:

The Browse button is greyed out and inactive in Create Profile>ASCII. How do I enable it?

On the Create Profile>Source tab, the Create option must be set to "ASCII" in order for the browse button to be available.
