Feature Selection Filter Not Working

Problem:

I have created a feature selection filter, but I do not see the results displayed in the InRoads commands.

Solution:

In addition to creating the feature filter, you will need to activate the Feature Filter Lock by going to Tools>Locks>Feature Filter.

The Feature Filter lock enables or disables the active filter. This means that if the Feature Filter lock is turned off, the software behaves as if there are no filters, and every command with a list of features will show all features, with no restriction. However, when the lock is on, the active feature filter (shown in the Filter Name field) is enforced. When the active filter is enforced, command dialog boxes will list only the features that satisfy the criteria of the filter. Also, commands that involve locating features in the graphics file will allow you to locate only features that satisfy the filter.
