Problem:

Coordinates are not importing correctly due to the use of a comma instead of a period in the Windows Regional Settings.

Solution 1:

You can change the "," to a "." by going to Start>Control Panel>Region and Language.  On the Region and Language dialog, select Additional Settings and change the Decimal symbol to ".".

Solution 2:

In the InRoads/PowerCivil/Power InRoads explorer window, go to Tools>Application Add-Ins.  Toggle on "Variable Manager Add-In". Click OK.

Go to Tools>Variable Manager and toggle on “File – Ignore regional settings for decimal separator”.
