The background info missing from the video is that there needs to be an element template which included the R/W cell. and then the feature definitions needs to call out that element template in the "Cross Section" information field. With this in place, we've had luck inserting various cells (R/W, Matchline, Guardrail) that we have used previously with criteria based cross sections. I think it would be valuable to add this into the video by simply showing the element template information and feature definition properties that are behind how this works.
Is there a specific feature style and element template that needs to be set up to do this? I followed the workflow in the video and nothing shows up in my dynamic cross sections or cross sections cut in sheets. Using InRoads SS4 8.11.09.845
I got the ROW lines to show up when creating stacked cross sections. Cannot get them to show when creating cross sections on sheets. Using SS4
I have followed this exactly and everything flows fine until I go back to the corridor file. The ROW lines just aren't showing up. Any ideas why?
Seems to me there must be steps missing here - what makes the ROW just show up in the dynamic cross sections? Something about the feature definition/element template? Is it targeted in the template? And where do the labels gets specified? I'm using Power Geopak SS3 (08.11.09.722)
