Unable to set Unit Station Length in Project Options

Problem:

In File>Project Options>Geometry, I am unable to edit the Unit Station Length.

Solution:

The user can no longer set that variable in Project Options. It is instead controlled by two variables in the configuration files. They are:

These variables should be defined in the pcf file.

This option was disabled to avoid a synchronization issue between OpenRoads and legacy InRoads functionality.
