MX v8i SS3 AU with Malaysian SEA Customization MXtips File issue

Problem Description

After setting up MX v8i SS3 Australian Release with Malaysian SEA Customization the Geometric Annotation Panel (MX>Draw>Annotate Drawings or Pages) doesn't load the Malaysian Plan MXtips files. i.e MY_Setting Out Plan.mxtip

Reason

The reason is due to the associated dll file (MX_Malaysia_Plan.dll) not being registered on the system.

Steps to Resolve

The DLL will need to be manually registered, it would be recommended to have an IT Administrator to carry this out. The steps are below.

Browse to C:\Windows\System32 and Right Click on cmd.exe and select Run As Administrator
Type CD C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MX V8i (SELECTSeries 3)\MX\MFW\Exec\ to change to that folder
Enter Exec\regsvr32 MX_Malaysia_Plan.dll
A pop-up will appear to confirm the registration of the dll on the system.

When you restart MX you will now be able to load the MY_Setting Out Plan.mxtip in the Geometric Annotation Panel.
