Cannot Load IRD File

Question:

I am running PowerCivil SELECTseries 2 and having issues when he try to load the IRD file, where is the tool that would allow me to do so?

Import IRD is not available in Power Civil. This functionality is available in the InRoads and PowerInRoads products.
