How do I export a Shapefile using Geopak to DWG and preserve the Shapefile attributes and elevation.
You can do this with Bentley Map.
Bentley Map is included in the Geopak Products or it can be Installed on its own.
Export the shapefile from Bentley map to a gis format that autocad can read.
Set the dialog as shown below
