HGL/EGL Lines will not Display on Profile of Split Network

Problem:

HGL/EGL lines will not display on a profile for a split network.

Solution:

In a split network, head loss must be user-specified for the structure. If this value has not been defined, when the network is designed, you will get a message displayed at the bottom of the screen. This message says, “Split flow found at <Structure ID>. Head loss must be user-specified."

To define the head loss, go to Edit/Review for the structure indicated and type in the head loss on the HGL/EGL tab.

After the network is redesigned with the head loss specified, the HGL/EGL lines will display on the profile.
