How to get station/offset list from points stored in COGO or from one chain to another

Problem Description

I have a group of points or a chain that I would like to get station/offset relative to another chain.

Open Coordinate Geometry
Select the Layout Offset Chain Tool from the COGO pull down menu. (Element>Chain>Layout Offset)
Use the options below to get a station/offset list of a group of points relative to a chain.
