Following are the examples of crashes in MXRoad SS4 08.11.09.789 on Windows 8.1 OS :
1. Failed to Open MXRoad SS4, after restarting MX the command worked as expected, but just another in long list of random crashes for no apparent reason.

3. Create cross sections via Corridor Tools the program crashes.
If you could copy and paste mosscomms.dll file in default location of your system then it goes to work. The default location for this file on my system is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared\MX\08.11.09 ( please refer attached 08.11.09 folder file) and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared\MX. (Please refer attached MX folder file)
Steps to follow:
First search mosscomms.dll file in your machine and copy that file to any particular folder and then install 789, if its failed to work on windows 8.1 then you will have to paste the copied file in the same location of your system.
If needed, please refer the attached mosscomms.dll file for your reference.
