Why does my point control solve to the Priority 2 point control when it cannot find the Priority 1 point control?
Priorities in point controls work a little differently than they do in end conditions. For point controls, the priority simply tells the point which point control to use in an area where station ranges overlap. Only one point control will ever be considered for a point at each station. The point control that is considered is the one with higher priority For example, for a point that is assigned to two different point controls, if the station ranges overlap between the two controls, only one point control will be considered, the higher priority point control.
