Trobleshoot for MX SS4 version :

In order to get MX SS4 08.11.09.845 version, AU build working smoothly on a windows 8.1 and Windows 7 system following steps are required to be followed. The process is essential to get MXDraw working fine.

1. Right click on the MXRoad Suite shortcut, and select 'Trobleshoot Compatibility'.

2. From the 'Program Compatibility Troubleshooter' dialog box, hit the 'Troubleshoot program'.

3. Now, check mark the first and the third options for a windows 8.1 system :

Windows 8.1:

For Window 7 system just check mark the third option:

Hit Next.

4. Select 'Windows 7'. Hit Next.

5. Then 'Test The program'

6. Once the program is tested, Save the settings.

MX should work smoothly especially for the MXDraw option for drawing production. This is a one time process. You can start MX normally next time.
