    Question :

When trying to capture Google Earth image using the traditional procedure to get the image into MX using the Geographic tools, not working.

    Answer:

This is because the upgraded version of Google Earth fails to integrate with MX. You will need to install Google Earth version 7 to get this fixed. Following are the steps to be followed:

    1. Un-install Google Earth and Google Earth pro.

    2. Run a cleaner to clean the folders and registry.

    3. Download and install Google Earth version 7.

This should get the "Capture Google Earth Image", "Synchronize Google Earth View" options working in MX SS4.
