&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:150%;"&gt;Solution:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Go to your Graphics Card manufacturer&amp;rsquo;s support webpage, download and install the latest version of Driver Software for your particular graphics card. Close down your Bentley produce and start it again. &lt;br /&gt;Did this solve the problem? If not or if the latest version was already installed, continue to Step 2.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Change the computer Environment Variable to force MicroStation to use DirectX version 9 instead of DirectX 11 or 12.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you experience problems with your Graphics Display, it is most likely caused by your computer hardware graphics card. See example screenshot below - notice all the unstructured and confused lines in the display.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-wikis-components-files/00-00-00-00-52/6888.Clip2.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="/resized-image/__size/940x0/__key/communityserver-wikis-components-files/00-00-00-00-52/6888.Clip2.jpg" alt=" " /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this case, the issue was caused by the NVIDIA Graphics Card Driver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:150%;"&gt;Solution:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to your Graphics Card manufacturer&amp;rsquo;s support webpage, download and install the latest version of Driver Software for your particular graphics card. Close down your Bentley produce and start it again. Did this solve the problem? If not or if the latest version was already installed, continue to Step 2.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Change the computer Environment Variable to force MicroStation to use DirectX version 9.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
