Problem:

When opening InRoads Suite 08.11.09.878, "Unhandled Exception" error is returned on machines with DSWORLD v3.07 installed from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)’s National Geodetic Survey’s website.

Solution:

Installing DSWORLD v4.01 has resolved this issue, this version is also a 64-bit program. Be mindful that this is a “User-Contributed” Software program.
