Question:

When accessing LumenRT through the ConceptStation Visualization option, we are unable to place animation objects (i.e. people, animals, trees, cars etc.)  It yields an error message:  "Unable to contact server. Please make sure you computer is connected to the internet."

Answer:

This error occurs after downloading the LumenRT specific Content from the Downloads page.  The LumenRT Content downloads and installs successfully, however, we need to copy that information to the ConceptStation LumenRT folder for use. 

To do this, go to C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Bentley LumenRT CONNECT Edition - Update 3\LumenRT Content\LumenRT

Copy the LumenRT folder and replaced the one that was located at  C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRTCS 2016\LumenRT Content\LumenRT

Once you have this copied, reopen ConceptStation and go to Visualization to access the objects for placement.
