Getting Windows Installer Preparing to install... message when accessing various InRoads commands

Problem:

When I access several commands (Create Profile, Annotate Profile, Survey Fieldbook, View/Edit Regression Points, etc...) a "Windows Installer" window displays, and states "Preparing to install" but never finishes the process.

Solution:

In order to run the install needed by the command, the user must launch the InRoads/Power InRoads program using the "Run as Administrator" option. This can be done by accessing the icon properties>Compatibility tab and toggling ON "Run this program as an administrator".
