After a crash, two of my dialog boxes are now missing when I reopened my file: Tool Setting Dialog & Properties. They appear open under my Window List but are not visible on my screen. Is there a way to restore my Tool Setting Dialog & Properties?

Answer:

Deleting the user’s preferences has proven to resolve this issue in most cases. Navigate to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories, and then launch OpenRoads Designer and review the dialogs.
