This video demonstrates the ability to control the annotation of the existing and proposed elevations which are annotated in a profile drawing/sheet.

When elements are annotated in a profile drawing, it is using the feature definitions assigned to those elements to control the display of the annotation. Please note, the settings for that feature definition are coming from the source DGN file which contains the element. If you have an element in a profile annotated from a terrain model (i.e. existing terrain gradeline) then the annotation group used for annotating that element comes from the DGN file which stores the terrain. If you have the proposed elevations, it is coming from the feature definition of the profile from the DGN containing the geometry. This way there is universal formatting for the annotation controlled by the elements themselves.
