Cross Section Components are missing in the Drawing/Sheet Model

Problem:

When I run the Cross Section Named Boundary tool and create Cross Section Drawings, I notice that certain components are missing and not displaying. If I close and reopen, I receive a message "Visible Edges Cache is out of date for one or more attachments Synchronize CVE display now?"

I also noticed that the reference for the Drawing Model has Visible Edges set to Cached.

Solution:

Go to Files > Settings > Configuration > Configuration Variable.
Edit to MS_REF_VISEDGE_ATTACH_STATE variable to by Dynamic
File > Save Settings.
Close and relaunch ORD
Recreate your cross section Named Boundaries and Cross Section sheets
