How can I set the finished floor elevation of a building pad to a predetermined elevation?

Answer:

To set a building at a predetermined FFE set the minimum and maximum Z to the same elevation. The grading optimizer then knows to only grade at that elevation. If user only set one and not the other Z then that leave the optimizer to either grade up to or down to that elevation.

1. Select the Building Pad
2. Go to the Properties / Grading
3. Turn 'Use Minimum Z' and 'Use Maximum Z' to 'True
4. Enter a Minimum and a Maximum Z
5. Launch the Grading Solver
