Can I remove the snap rule after placement?
Answer:
Persist snaps is an ability to snap an element to another element allowing the snapped (child) element to maintain its association to the parent element. For instance, in the capture below
Element (B) was drawn with the persist snap toggled on , and snapped to element (A) midpoint.
Element (A) was then lengthen, as a result you can see that element (B) maintained its snap rule by following the midpoint snap at element (B) end point.
