I am creating Sheet Definition DGNLIB files for my workspace. For some reason the View Type, Discipline, and Purpose are unavailable to select. Also, I cannot select the Drawing or Sheet Seed Model. How do I get these options back? See below for what I have on the left versus what I want on the right:

To have these options make sure that:

1. You are in a DGNLIB file. These options are not available when in a DGN file.
2. You are within a WorkSpace. If you open the dgnlib within No Workspace/No Workset, then these options are not available.
3. Make sure that the dgnlib is being loaded by the variable MS_DGNLIBLIST_DRAWINGSEEDS.
