Question:

There is a 'phantom element' my model file which I was using as part of a Point Control that is causing me problems.  I can click on it in plan view, but it does not appear when I open Project Explorer. Selecting the element and using the delete element command doesn't erase the element. How can I get rid of it?

Answer:

1. Open level manager & create a new “junk” level
2. Select the elements
3. Set elements to “junk” level
4. Use keyin "level element delete junk"
