Print and Print to File Button Not Working

    Product(s): GEOPAK
    Version(s): 08.11.09+
    Area:  General
Original Author: Bentley Technical Support Group, Matthew Lynn

    Problem:

When I select the Print and Print to File button, nothing happens.

    Solution:

The issue could be that the config variable MS_PLTFILES is undefined and pointing to a system variable on PW folder that doesn’t exist.

Make sure that MS_PLTFILES is defined so that it would be opened to the proper folder.
