This video demonstrates how to setup Reports to be loaded through ProjectWise within OpenRoads/Site/Rail Designer.

Two new variables are introduced...

• CIVIL_REPORTS_SUBDIRECTORIES - This variable points to each ProjectWise folder contained in the Reports folder. Locally the default location is here: C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\Default\Reports
• CIVIL_REPORTS_RESOURCES - This variable points to the _Themes folder that contains all of the .gif. The .gif files need to all be within one folder, subfolders are not supported. Locally the default location is here: C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\Default\Reports\_Themes.

If you have custom XSLs, you will need to modify them as well. Go here to find the workflow to accomplish this.

(Also note: While the old "CIVIL_REPORTS_DIRECTORY" will still work for old XSL reports outside of ProjectWise, it should not be defined if using the new "CIVIL_REPORTS_SUBDIRECTORIES" variable.)
