It also considers the case when a feature definition is applied&nbsp;to an item that does not already have one. In this case, the above message is prompted to ask whether the hydraulic properties need&nbsp;to be updated or not.</p> <p>For example,&nbsp;when&nbsp;importing InRoads Storm and Sanitary data, or OpenFlows data, then the hydraulic properties are already set up, so you would not want to overwrite them with whatever is in the prototype when assigning a feature definition.
