if there are any DGNLIBs defined in the&nbsp;MS_DGNLIBLIST_DRAWINGSEEDS variable.&nbsp;</p> <p>Here is the process that&nbsp;the program uses&nbsp;to load Element Templates:</p> <ol> <li>If
