GEOPAK Freezes and becomes non-responsive using Corridor Modeling Commands when integrated with ProjectWise

Problem Description

GEOPAK and Power GEOPAK SS4/SS10 appear to be freezing when using the Corridor Modeling tools or Cross Section tools when integrated with ProjectWise.  When selecting certain commands, the program becomes non-responsive and must be ended through the task manager.  

If working with all local data and not in a PW datasource, the program operates as expected. 

Solution

The issue appears to be an incompatibility issue with the ProjectWise Deliverables Management Connector Update 6, even if the PWDM program is not in use.  If PWDM Update 6 (version 10.06.00.242) is installed on the machine, GEOPAK will freeze if integrated with ProjectWise Explorer.

The solution is to upgrade the ProjectWise Deliverables Management Connector to Update 7, version 10.07.00.56.
