Problem:

When I hover over icons, images, etc., they are stretched, blurry version of themselves or a solid, flat color (usually black or pink).

Troubleshooting Path:

1. If you have a high-spec or a "gaming" machine, disable Nahimic service. You will need Admin privileges.

a. Search and open the Services app

b. Double-click on Nahimic service to open Properties dialog

c. Change Startup Type to Manual and Stop the service

d. Select Apply, then OK

2. If you are using ROG hardware or an ROG machine, check to see if you have ASUS Armoury Crate installed. If you do, disable it by following the steps below. You will need Admin privileges.

a. Search and open the Services app

b. Double-click on ASUS Armoury Crate to open Properties dialog

c. Change Startup Type to Manual and Stop the service

d. Select Apply, then OK
