How to open a master file without attached references? This example could be helpful to check if a file doesn't open because of corrupt reference files.

Answer:

Right click on the icon and select "properties".

Under the shortcut tab, highlight the target field and add -o to the end of the script after the parenthesis.

For  example in OpenRoads CONNECT Edition: "C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.10\OpenRoadsDesigner\OpenRoadsDesigner.exe" -o

• Please aware that there's a space between the parenthesis and - symbol

After the change has been made, select "Apply" then "Ok"

After this the master file should open without the attached references.
