Survey Text Import Wizard does not load - Done Processing change events

Problem:

Created a new Survey Field Book. Right-click on the field book and select Import > File Using Text Import Wizard. Browse to the appropriate file (i.e. TXT, CSV, etc.) and select Open. Nothing happens. The Text Import Wizard does not open or load. The message center says " Survey > Done Processing change events"

Solution:

This occurs because the source text file (i.e. CSV) is already loaded in another application such as Microsoft Excel. Close the other application and go back to Import > File Using Text Import Wizard. When you select the text file and 'Open', the text import wizard can read the file to populate the preview and continue the import process.
