OpenRoads: Newer Civil Data Found Message when opening DGN file

This video demonstrates the ability to downgrade DGN files which need to be opened in older versions of OpenRoads Designer. The utility is now accessed through the File > Civil Tools > Downgrade Civil Model.

When opening a newer DGN file (newer civil schema product) in an older version, a dialog box with a 'Newer Civil Data Found' message will pop up. You have the option to open the file as ReadOnly. With the 10.11 update, you can downgrade DGN (and DGNLIB) files so that they can be opened in older versions.
