Shift elements to the correct location even if unit system got changed

Problem:

How can I shift my elements to the correct location even if my unit system got changed from feet to US survey feet?

Solution:

To shift elements to the correct location.

Changed the Working Units of all files from Feet to US Survey Feet via a batch process.
Go to utilities > Geographic Coordinate System > From library > Select Geographic Coordinate System > and hit ok.
