Two alignments/ghost alignments are created for every alignment when SS2 Alignments are imported into the OpenRoads Designer.

    Product(s): OpenRoads Designer, OpenRail Designer
    Version(s): 10.00.00.120+
    Area:  Geometry
Original Author: Abhilash Jangalve, Bentley Technical Support Group

    Problem Description:

When the SS2 InRoads alignment is imported into the OpenRoads Designer DGN, two alignments gets created next to each other instead of creating a single alignment.

    Solution:

This issue occurs if 3D seed file is used while creating a new dgn file.

While creating a new file to import alignment, please make sure that you have selected 2D seed file and you are importing ALG file in 2D dgn.

and, once you import the alignment in 2D File, Kindly open the references dialog box and turn off the display of Default-3D model.
