Problem:
While opening dgn file from ProjectWise, Following Error recived.
Error 222.
Cannot start application for the specified document. Check program associations.
Failed to lo generate managed workspace configure file.
Wrong Version.
Solution:
This issue occurs if you have installed different version than what is configured in you ProjectWise workspace.
Check the if statement configured in your predefined cfg files.
$(_DYNAMIC_PRODUCT_VERSION_GEN_MAJ)
For example, if it is configured as shown below then the dgn file will open only in the 10.10 version of OpenRoads designer and if you try to open the dgn file in different version it will give the Error 222, Wrong version error.

To resolve the issue, You can download the required version of application or edit the configuration file.
