OpenRoads SignCAD does not open

Problem:

OpenRoads SignCAD does not open or launch past the splash screen.

Solution:

1) An outdated version of CONNECTION Client can cause startup issues. Upgrade to a newer CONNECTION Client version, log-in to CONNECTION Client and then launch OpenRoads SignCAD.

2) This has been reported with users who have the security virus scanner Sentinel, SentinelOne, or Cylance. If you are using a security virus scanner, then you will need to whitelist the Bentley folder so that the OpenRoadsSignCAD.exe is not blocked. The default path is under C:\Program Files.
