Import DGN

Introduction:  The instructions and video below provide the new workflow for editing arrow graphics and objects in OpenRoads SignCAD.

Step 1:  In OpenRoads SignCAD, pick the File tab to go to the Backstage and pick Import > Import DGN.

Step 2:  In the Import DGN dialog, pick the button with the three dots under DGN Filename. Browse and select the DGN file to import. Check the Levels to Import and set any other desired settings (Import as Sign Panel and Scale Factor) and press Import.

Step 3:  View the Import DGN Summary and press Place. 

Step 4: Move the cursor to the desired location on the workspace and left-click to place the imported sign or element.
