Introduction:  The instructions and videos below show how-to place panels on panels in OpenRoads SignCAD.

Step 1:  In OpenRoads SignCAD, have a SGN file open that has two panels. In the example below, the R2-1 speed limit sign will be added to the W3-5 diamond sign panel.

Step 2:  In the Panels group, check the Panel Selection box. Select and drag the R2-1 speed limit sign over the W3-5 diamond sign panel. Release the mouse button when the blinking box displays below the arrow.

Step 3: Select the R2-1 speed limit sign and pick Properties. In the Standard Sign Panel Properties, change the Bottom Panel Spacing = 6.5. Left click to accept the spacing. Notice that the R2-1 speed limit sign information displays in the object list under the W3-5 diamond sign.

NOTE: If the R2-1 sign is removed from the diamond sign panel, it still retains all of the dimensions and other sign panel information.
